On the HMV website, why does it say Otv before all the Glee CD titles?

They are also cheaper...is it a discount code, or are they just cheaper...or is Otv just a digital download? All help appreciated..Also, anyone know when the second part of volume 2 is released on DVD? I'm a massive gleek :L
