Can I get this HMV cd deal?

someone I know wants to pick me up two CDs tomorrow from HMV. one of them is a new release that comes out tomorrow and the other one is an older one from a few years ago. does anyone know if I can get the 2 for $20 deal or the 2 for $30 deal if one of them is a new release? or not?
