Help! Fantail goldfish floating!?

First you have to take the fish that is bobbing at the top out with a fish net( I am really sorry but that fish is most likely dead) then you get some under water plants( I never head of real under water plants, bit if there is you should get a real one) put some real rocks in and one of the little castle that they can swim threw. Then maybe a log. Well that's all i have to say.
