How to tell gays to stop messing around me?

You tell him right to his face that you are not gay and you have a girl friend. You want him to leave you alone.Then tell him that you will take action against him if he doesn't leave you alone.He is harassing you and you will go to the authorities if he doesn't stop.If your family has a lawyer the next step would be for the lawyer to send him a letter stating if he doesn't stop harassing you that you will take him to court.
